By accessing or using AgileStash (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgileStash is a free, browser-based collaboration platform providing real-time agile facilitation tools including planning poker, retrospectives, team health checks, and more. The Service is provided free of charge with no guarantee of continued availability or any specific level of service.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data persistence, or fitness for any particular purpose. Room data may be lost at any time due to server restarts, maintenance, or unexpected failures.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AgileStash and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of revenue, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Intellectual Property

The AgileStash platform, its design, and its source code are the property of the operator. Content you submit within rooms (votes, notes, items) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and transmit it solely for the purpose of operating the room session.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Chrome Extension integrates with Atlassian Jira. Your use of Jira is governed by Atlassian's own terms and policies. AgileStash is not affiliated with or endorsed by Atlassian. We are not responsible for any changes to Jira's platform that may affect the extension's functionality.

8. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
